Kirk
Jeff Kirk is the Chief Operating Officer of Corporate Magic, where he has spent more than thirty years helping protect creative people and the ideas they bring to life.
For more than thirty years at Corporate Magic, I have worked alongside extraordinary creative minds. My purpose has been to help protect the people behind the work and the ideas they are brave enough to imagine, helping create the trust, space, and support creativity needs to become real.
I believe creativity belongs to everyone. It is not determined by industry, role, or title. It begins whenever someone sees a possibility that others have not yet seen and cares enough to bring it to life.

That belief shapes how I lead Corporate Magic. As Chief Operating Officer, I focus on the overall health, direction, and operations of the company. I help guide the business strategy, financial discipline, staffing approach, client relationships, and production systems that allow our teams to do their best work.
The work itself belongs to talented producers, creative directors, designers, writers, and technical teams. I trust their judgment and their ability to lead each engagement. My responsibility is to help create an organization in which they have the clarity, resources, and support to make strong decisions and protect the integrity of the ideas they develop.
Over the years, Corporate Magic has created work for organizations including IBM, Coca Cola, Nike, Procter and Gamble, Jaguar Land Rover, UnitedHealthcare, the Dallas Cowboys, the Tournament of Roses, and The Salvation Army. I am proud of the role I have played in helping lead the company behind that work and supporting the people who make it possible.
By the time an audience sees the final experience, hundreds of decisions have been made by people throughout the company. My role is to build an organization that trusts the right people to make those decisions well.

Beyond the work
Precision
at speed.
Motorsport has long been more than a pastime for Jeff. It is a disciplined practice in preparation, judgment, and calm under pressure. The same qualities shape his approach to leadership and the conditions that support ambitious creative thinking.
He holds professional motorsport certifications through Porsche and Mercedes-AMG, along with certification in Formula 3. Time on track is a direct reminder that performance is built before the visible moment, and that small decisions compound quickly at speed.
